Construction Progress Monitoring

The same site measured repeatedly, so you can see change rather than hear about it. Volumes moved, areas built, drainage installed, and a defensible record of progress against the programme.

Typical accuracy · ±2% on volumes to a stated surface, provided surfaces are not obscured.

When you need it

  • →You are paying for work by stage and need to verify it was done.
  • →Volumes of spoil, aggregate or excavated material need measuring.
  • →You want to monitor a site without visiting it every week.
  • →A contract requires periodic measurement for valuation purposes.

What you get

  • Periodic volumetric comparison between epochs
  • Site photography from consistent angles
  • Cut and fill and stockpile volumes
  • Progress against programme with variance noted
  • Full point cloud archive for every visit

How it runs

  1. 01

Agree the monitoring points, areas and what is being measured.

  2. 02

Repeat survey on a fixed schedule from a consistent setup.

  3. 03

Data compared epoch to epoch, not just in isolation.

  4. 04

Report issued each visit with the numbers you can check.

Questions we get asked

How often should we monitor?

Monthly suits most valuations. Weekly makes sense for fast earthworks or a dispute. We will tell you if the interval you want will not produce useful data.

Where we cover

Norfolk based, working nationwide. Site-based surveying, so distance is rarely the constraint.

Available across every region we cover.

Every town, district and borough we cover is listed in full on each region page. See the full service area.
